U8’s Play in Croke Park

On the 23rd August the Under 8 Team from Coolderry got a fantastic opportunity to play in Croke Park as part of the Leinster GAA Go Games Blitz.  A team of 12 players travelled to the GAA HQ and played St Annes from Wexford in a great game.  The players of the future got to visit the dressing room, play on the famous pitch, lift the a cup in the Hogan Stand, take a tour of the stadium and visit the museum.  The players did the Club proud and thoroughly enjoyed the day.  Thanks to Mary, Lisa, Michael, Emmett and parents for the assistance with the players on the day and well done to all the players for their great display.

Photos from the day are available at the Club Facebook page
